What you’d be building.
One-to-one personal training, with the workout amplified by technology.
BODY20 pairs a certified coach with wearable EMS technology that uses electrical impulses to engage muscles more fully than training alone — meeting a member wherever their fitness level starts. It is built as a semi-absentee model, which is the detail that usually decides whether it fits: the brand looks for owners who can motivate and hold a team accountable, manage to metrics, and build a presence in their community, without needing to be on the studio floor themselves. On our call, we’ll look at whether the day-to-day, the investment, and the market fit you specifically.
This overview is qualitative. Investment ranges, unit counts, and any earnings information come only from the brand’s current FTC-compliant Item 19 disclosure and are reviewed together — nothing here is a financial-performance representation.
The case for BODY20.
A differentiated workout in a crowded fitness market, a membership model with recurring revenue, and a semi-absentee structure that suits an owner building a portfolio rather than a second job. Its existing owners skew toward operators and executives — often partnerships or spouse teams.
