The opportunity

What you’d be building.

Strength training built on research rather than trends.

Fitness concepts tend to come and go because their methodology follows the market. Discover Strength builds its instead on peer-reviewed research — the argument being that the efficient, safe, effective way to strength train doesn’t change when the trend does. The studios are deliberately compact, roughly 1,600–2,200 square feet, with no locker rooms, treadmills, showers, or pools, which lets the model sit comfortably in a range of shopping centers and lifestyle-centric locations. On our call, we’ll look at whether the day-to-day, the investment, and the market fit you specifically.

This overview is qualitative. Investment ranges, unit counts, and any earnings information come only from the brand’s current FTC-compliant Item 19 disclosure and are reviewed together — nothing here is a financial-performance representation.

Why it stands out

The case for Discover Strength.

A small footprint without the overhead of a full gym, a methodology that doesn’t need rewriting every few years, and nearly two decades of operating history behind the system. Whether it’s the right one for you is exactly what the match process is for.
